Welcome to the DSSEWiki web
The Monash University Centre for Distributed Systems and Software Engineering (DSSE) aims at advancing foundations, methods and practice of distributed systems and software engineering. The centre focusses on methods and tools for modeling, analysing, constructing and maintaining large distributed software systems. Areas of particular interest are component-based software engineering, software architecture, mobile systems, distributed real-time systems, databases, clusters and grid computing.
The centre was nominated the first research strength of the Faculty repeatedly since 1998 and has been the primary conduit for Monash's partnership in the Cooperative Research Centre for Enterprise Distributed Systems Technology (aka DSTC), a cooperative centre of universities, industry and government funded 1999-2006.
